Payments

We accept credit and debit cards either online using our secure e-commerce software or over the phone.

We really hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you do need return an item then please follow the steps below.

Please check you have ordered the correct size before purchasing to ensure that you order correctly.

Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Please email us info@qualitytees.co.uk with the subject "Returns" followed by your order number provided in your confirmation email.

You are responsible for any return postage charges.

Any information collected from our site will NOT be passed on to any third parties.

There may be a very slight difference between the colour of the garment and the colour which is shown on screen.

Colours may differ slightly when printing, but we always do our best to match it as accurately as possible.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT IN ANY WAY AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
